With cooperation of the A. Spendiaryan House-museum and the Geological museum after Hovanness Karapetyan of IGS NAS RA the event with title “The world victorious way of the geological prize named after Leonid Spendiarov” took place at 13:00 p. m., on September 28th, 2019. It was dedicated to the 150th birth anniversary of the composer’s elder brother – famous geologist Leonid Spendiarov (1869-1897).
The attendees discovered another talented son of Spendiarovs’ dynasty and were introduced to his activity of world importance. Speakers of the day were Marine Otaryan (the director of the A. Spendiaryan House-museum) and Gayane Grigoryan (the director of the Geological museum after H. Karapetyan of IGS NAS RA).
During the concert part of the event the soloist of the national opera and ballet theatre after A. Spendiaryan - Sargis Aghamalyan (tenor) had several performances.
