May 7 is the memorial day of the founder of the Armenian classical symphonic music, conductor and pedagogical figure, composer Alexander Spendiaryan. The square of the Opera and Ballet theatre once again was filled with the composer’s restless music, with the presentation of memorable episodes of life. The Spendiaryanians, the workers of the house- museum, Armenian National Opera and Ballet Theatre, Spendiaryan Special music school, gathered near the composer’s grave.
