On December 23in the Alexander Spendiaryan museum held a concert-lecture under the title ”The first of the first” dedicated to the 140th birth anniversary of Romanos Melikyan. The lecture was about the Spendiaryan’s and Melikyan’s creative contacts and friendly relations. The concert part of the event entrusted to the students of the Romanos Melikyan State Music Collage. They performed the works of both composers. This tradition will be continuous, which mentioned by the director of the museum Marine Otaryan and the deputy director of the collage Satenik Ghaplanyan.
