NEW INTERACTIVE VIRTUAL GAME AND 50 SOUVENIRS FROM THE 50-YEAR-OLD MUSEUM
The events dedicated to the 50th anniversary of Alexander Spendiaryan house museum are going on and in the framework of these events the presentation of the interactive-virtual game ‘My Orchestra’ and the collection of new souvenirs ’50 Souvenirs from the 50-Year-Old Museum’ have taken place.
So there are already 4 virtual games for the visitors of the house museum. Due to the interactive game the 50-year-old institution will once more move into the alternate reality, thus expanding its boundaries and enriching the permanent exposition. For the visitors of the institution the game is an opportunity to enlarge their entertainment and knowledge in virtual reality, it helps to get acquainted with the setting, arrangement, sound of the orchestra and the role of the conductor in it.
It will enrich the permanent exposition of the house museum providing a higher level of various means used for presenting the life and activity of the composer. The interactive-virtual game is designed by the Department of Exposition of PR of the House Museum and is created by the company ‘Interactive world’, with which the house museum has been cooperating for 5 years.
During the presentation named ’50 Souvenirs from 50-Year-Old Museum’ the souvenirs created for the 50th anniversary of the first musical house museum of Armenia were represented. Each souvenir has a feature, which presents the composer’s creative work and reflects the time he lived. The souvenirs have been inspired by the workers of house museum and in the result of the cooperation with various companies and masters.
The creation of the interactive virtual game ‘My orchestra’ was subsidized by the State, the collection of the souvenirs ’50 Souvenirs from 50-Year-Old Museum’ was subsidized by the extrabudgetary funds of the institution.
The first viewers and buyer of the game and souvenirs have been the Minister of Culture of RA- Armen Amiryan, the head of the administrative district of Kentron- Ara Sadoyan, and people who are interested in culture.
