With the support of the Ministry of Culture in November 28, 2017 the anniversary event of Alexander Spendiaryan House - museum took place in Komitas Chamber Music House. The anniversary event began with the presentation of the book - "The First Musical Museum of Armenia" and also with a concert. The author of the book representing the activity of the museum is the director Marine Otaryan, the editor is armenologist Artsvi Bakhchiyan, the design is carried out by the company "DEEM Communications", "Edit Print" published it. The Ministry of Culture carried the costs. During the concert dedicated to the anniversary the soloists, choir and folk instruments ensemble of the two institutions named after Alexander Spendiaryan - National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet and the special music school - performed. The romances written by the composer were performed by Narine Ananikyan, Dianna Harutyunyan, Lianna Vardanyan and Andranik Malkhasyan with the accompaniment of Margarita Sargsyan - professor of the State Conservatoire named after Komitas. The anniversary event ended with the performance of Aram Khachatryan State String Quartet.
