An event entitled “Randevú with young writers” took place at 14:00 p. m. on February 19th, at the Spendiaryan House-museum events’ hall. The birthday of All-Armenian poet Hovhannes Tumanyan and the Book Giving Day were marked at the museum by an interactive meeting-conversation with the young writers Daranj (Anjela Darbinyan) and Levon Nes (Hovhannisyan). They shared about the stories of their publications, represented their interests and favorite styles, talked about the problems of finding position in the field of contemporary literature and paving the way.
In the frame of the event the attendees watched a short film about the history of typography and took part on a Literature quiz of museum’s partner - Radio station “Vem”.
The books donated in occasion of the holiday will be given to the libraries of the Military units and Penitentiary of RA from House-museum.
