The “Spendiaryan-150” conference held on April in the hall of Spendiaryan house-museum. The participants were the lecturers and the musicologist students of Artsakh’s and Armenia music colleges, researchers of the composer’s house as well. It was the first of the conferences planned on the occasion of the 150 anniversary of the great Armenian composer and was special that had involved young speakers. The students of Yerevan Music –pedagogical school after A. Babajanyan and from the R. Melikyan Music school, made unique reports. Around the round table, under the guidance of the lecturers, they presented reports entitled “Spendiaryan’s first concert in Armenia” and “The Armenian culture house in Moscow”.

The special guests of the conference were the lecturers Gyumri Music school after. K. Murza and Sayat Nova music school in Stepanakert..They talk over Spendiaryuan’s activity as a pianist, about his character in the memories of the great conductor and unsurpassed Spendiaryanian scholar- Georgi BUdaghyan.
